We work with you from the first moment, until the last box is being packed into the van. We will brainstorm, design, style, plan, organise and coordinate your whole event from start to finish, helping you source and book suppliers, as well as coordinating them on-the-day to bring together your dream look.

DESIGN & STYLING PACKAGE
The perfect package for the couple who are wanting a designed and immersive experience for their guests. We will meet with you and explore all of the details for your day, putting together a unique design that reflects you as a couple.
We will develop a unique design, source styling details and style your day, covering all elements needed to create a truly remarkable event.

ON THE DAY STYLING AND COORDINATION
You enjoy the planning and design process, but want an experienced team to take away the stress closer to the day. We will meet for a consultation at the start of your planning journey to help put you on the right track, and to discuss your styling. We will then send you on your way and let your creativity run wild, then we will jump right back in a month before your wedding to take all of the stress away, coordinating all suppliers in the lead up. On the day, we will set up your dream look, sneak away and then come back to pack up once you and your loved ones have left.
- Two in person meetings to collate all of your information regarding suppliers and to go over your styling concept.
- Final hand over meeting one month prior to your event.
- Post Handover – Full coordination and liaising with your venue and suppliers.
- Management of all pre and post event logistics, including the collection of napery, small styling details, and the sorting of your on-the-day stationery. Along with the development of your floor plan and run sheet.
- Our team will coordinate all of the details on the day to ensure a seamless and successful execution of your styling plan.
- We will personally style your napery, decor, and stationery and oversee the florist, furniture placement, and all other elements of your day.
- We will coordinate and style your ceremony, move styling details from the ceremony to reception locations and wrap up all the details as needed.

on the day STYLING
You want a beautifully styled event without the on-the-day stress.
- One initial Zoom meeting to chat through the details and for you to prick our brain for direction.
- One in person meetings to collate all of your information regarding suppliers and to go over your styling concept.
- Hand over meeting in person to discuss the finer
styling details, discuss logistics, and tie up loose ends. - We will oversee the bump in of your styling suppliers, including the set up of your ceremony, entryway, wishing well, seating chart, welcome sign, and all reception details.
- We will relocate styling items from your ceremony to the reception as needed.

Coordination Package
When you want to enjoy your day and not sweat the small things. Select this service on its own, or add to any of our existing services for
the seamless coordination of your event.
- An initial video call to discuss your event and planning needs, we will then meet with you 2 months out from your event and discuss all of the logistics, draft your run sheet, and any finer details for the event.
- We will ensure all reception-based vendors are set and ready for your arrival.
- We will cross-check the setup of your event, to ensure place cards are accurate, every seat is straight, every napkin is placed perfectly and candles are lit.
During the event, we will coordinate all of the logistics needed for a smooth and seamless experience.

styling consultation & design brief
This is the perfect package for couples who are needing our creative ideas and experienced guidance to get their planning underway.
This package gives you the chance to pick our brains for two hours about where it is best to spend your budget, which colour palette to go with, finer details, floor plans and supplier recommendations best suited to your brief. This service will be wrapped up in a cohesive design brief document, sent to you following the meeting to help guide you along the journey until your big day arrives.
The final design brief will include supplier recommendations, but will exclude specific pricing for these suppliers.
